Every Willwear order is tracked. Your tracking link is emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us — there's no account to log into.
Order confirmation
Sent by email within minutes of checkout. It contains your order number — you need it for everything below.
Dispatch email with tracking
When your parcel is handed to the carrier we email you a tracking link. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
Follow the parcel
Open the tracking link to see the latest scan and the expected delivery date. The first scan can take up to 24 hours to show.
Delivery or pickup
Depending on the carrier and your address, the parcel is delivered to your door or to a pickup point, where it is held for [CONFIRM PICKUP POINT HOLD TIME].
Can't find your tracking link?
Check your spam and promotions folders first — the dispatch email sometimes lands there. Still nothing? Email info@willwear.store with your order number and the email address you ordered with, and we'll resend it.
Tracking hasn't updated
Carrier scans go quiet between hubs, over weekends and during customs clearance. If nothing has moved for [CONFIRM DELAY WINDOW BEFORE WE INVESTIGATE], contact us with your order number and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted until it's resolved.
