Question 1

How do I know my order was placed?

Accepted Answer

You get an order confirmation by email within a few minutes of checkout. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder and then email info@willwear.store — we'll confirm the order and resend it.

Question 2

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Email info@willwear.store as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't been dispatched we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, treat it as a return instead — you still have your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Question 3

Can I change my delivery address?

Accepted Answer

If the order hasn't left us yet, we can usually change it — email us with the correct address and your order number. Once the parcel is with the carrier we can't edit it, though some carriers let you redirect the parcel yourself from the tracking link.

Question 4

Can I change my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Size or colour changes are possible before dispatch. After that, the fastest route is to place a new order and return the first one.

Question 5

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If something sells out between your order and packing, we cancel that line and refund it in full, and email you before the rest of the order ships. We'll also tell you when the size is back.

Question 6

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

We ship to Sweden, the rest of the EU/EEA and selected countries outside the EU. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Question 7

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch: Sweden [CONFIRM DELIVERY TIME — SWEDEN], EU/EEA [CONFIRM DELIVERY TIME — EU/EEA], outside the EU [CONFIRM DELIVERY TIME — OUTSIDE THE EU].

Question 8

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address — you see the exact amount before you pay. Free shipping threshold: [CONFIRM FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD].

Question 9

Do I get tracking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A dispatch email with a tracking link is sent as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Question 10

What happens if my package is delayed?

Accepted Answer

If tracking hasn't moved for [CONFIRM DELAY WINDOW BEFORE WE INVESTIGATE], or delivery passes the estimate, email info@willwear.store with your order number. We open an enquiry with the carrier and stay on it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, you get a replacement or a full refund.

Question 11

What happens if I don't collect my package?

Accepted Answer

Parcels at a pickup point are held for [CONFIRM PICKUP POINT HOLD TIME] and then sent back to us. We refund the value of the products when the parcel returns; outbound and return shipping costs are deducted.

Question 12

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

Accepted Answer

Not inside the EU/EEA — VAT is included and there are no extra charges. Outside the EU, import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees may be charged by your country and are paid by you.

Question 13

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The full wording is in the Refund & Return Policy.

Question 14

How long do I have to return an item?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 14 days of receiving the order, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Question 15

How do I make a return?

Accepted Answer

Email info@willwear.store with your order number and which items you're returning. We send you the return address and instructions, you post it back tracked, and we refund after inspection.

Question 16

Who pays return shipping?

Accepted Answer

You do, when you change your mind or want another size ([CONFIRM RETURN SHIPPING COST]). We don't advertise free returns because we don't offer them. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover it.

Question 17

Can I exchange my size?

Accepted Answer

Return the size you have and order the one you want — that's quicker than a swap and secures your size. Unsure? Send us your height, chest measurement and how you like a tee to sit and we'll recommend a size.

Question 18

When will I receive my refund?

Accepted Answer

We inspect returns within a couple of business days and refund to your original payment method, always within 14 days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Question 19

Can I return several items from one order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Return part of an order or all of it — just list what you're sending back. Each item is inspected and refunded separately.

Question 20

How does Willwear fit?

Accepted Answer

Slim. Close through the shoulders and upper arms, with a light taper from chest to waist so the tee follows your shape instead of hanging off it. It should touch the body, not grip it — it isn't compression wear.

Question 21

How do I choose my size?

Accepted Answer

Measure your chest and compare it with the Size guide rather than going by the size you usually buy. If your shoulders are broad relative to your waist, take the size that fits the chest — the taper handles the rest.

Question 22

What material is the T-shirt?

Accepted Answer

Combed cotton jersey with a small share of elastane for recovery. Mid-weight, matte surface, ribbed collar that holds its line.

Question 23

How should I wash it?

Accepted Answer

Wash cold at 30°C with similar colours, inside out. No fabric softener, no tumble drying, no bleach. Hang dry in shape and iron on low if needed. That keeps the stretch and the collar intact.

Question 24

What should I do if I'm between sizes?

Accepted Answer

Size up. The cut is slim and the stretch does the rest — the larger size will sit closer than a regular tee in the same size.

Question 25

What if my product is damaged?

Accepted Answer

Email info@willwear.store with your order number, the product name, a description and photos of the damage. If it arrived damaged or faulty we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund.

Question 26

What if I received the wrong product?

Accepted Answer

Tell us your order number and what was in the box. If we sent the wrong colour, size or product, we arrange the return at our cost and send the correct item.

Question 27

How do I make a complaint?

Accepted Answer

Write to us with the order number and what went wrong. We answer every complaint and handle it under EU consumer law. If you're not happy with the outcome, you can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Question 28

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Checkout is run by Shopify over an encrypted connection. Accepted methods: [CONFIRM ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS]. The exact options available to you are shown at checkout based on your country.

Question 29

When is my payment charged?

Accepted Answer

Your payment is authorised and charged when the order is placed and confirmed.

Question 30

What happens if my payment fails?

Accepted Answer

No order is created and nothing is charged, though a pending authorisation can sit on your account for a day or two before your bank releases it. Try again with another method, or email us and we'll help.
