These terms apply to every order placed on willwear.store. Please read them before you buy — they sit alongside, and never limit, your statutory consumer rights.

Scope
These terms govern the sale of goods by Willwear Inc to consumers through willwear.store. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable we cancel that line and refund it in full. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or are placed for resale.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable VAT for EU/EEA deliveries.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown before payment.
- Checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return them. See the Refund & Return Policy for how to exercise this right and how refunds are paid.
Faulty goods and complaints
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact info@willwear.store with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item in line with applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Willwear name, wordmark, product photography and website content belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for a purchase is limited to the value of the products bought, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits your statutory rights.
Governing law and disputes
